Refund policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase.   If you would like to make a return request, please email info@kinderproducts.ca or call us at 1-800-672-3879.  

• Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges incurred to return the item.
• When we receive the returned product, a full refund will be issued. 
• Returned goods must be in new (unused) condition. 
• Special order items are a final sale and cannot be returned.
